We have made amendments to our registration process. From 31st May 2016, Aviva are only accepting new registrations from providers that have registered through the Healthcode Private Practice Register.

Want to amend your personal details?

To make any amendment to your personal details please use the Healthcode Register.

Want to be paid by BACS?

If you would like your invoices to be settled via Bacs you can request this change through the Healthcode Register.

Electronic billing

Aviva works with Healthcode, the UK's trusted provider of secure online billing to the private health insurance market. Invoices received electronically are processed quicker and payment is received sooner.

ePractice manager

Healthcode's online billing and practice management system links with private hospitals and medical insurers across the UK directly and securely.

Aviva Online Billing Platform

The Aviva Online Billing Platform allows you, as the Practitioner, to process your invoices electronically. The use of the new platform will ensure your invoices are promptly actioned and settled subject to our terms and conditions.

We will be happy to receive your invoices via Healthcode or the new platform moving forward. Paper invoices will no longer be accepted. We will continue to use Healthcode for remittance advice and the maintenance of your data via the Private Practice Register (PPR).
