Your company makes payments into a Trust fund controlled by Trustees. Those monies are used to cover eligible medical expenses incurred by members of the Trust. We can administer the Trust fund on behalf of the Trustees in return for an administration fee.
Trusts are more likely to be appropriate if you have approximately 500 employees or more. And, usually, a Healthcare Trust would be particularly attractive if you have a claims fund in excess of £250,000.
