Great custiomer focused

My first claim in over 10 years, and i was positively impressed with the polite helpful and reassuring service of the claims adviser, everything was done with one phone call, they arranged my car collection for repair and its return and a replacement car . wonder service, I could not expect a better service, as such although my new premium arrived and i could have got it slightly cheaper i decided to stay with avivia due to its quality of service.and thier reliability. first class company

Great customer service

Easy to purchase car insurance from Aviva web site. Customer service were really friendly and took the time to actually listen to my query. I'd definitely recommend them to friends & family

Poor service

My car was stolen in one of these burglaries that involve snapping locks and gaining entry to the house in order to obtain car keys. Aviva were responsive when I told them in the immediate aftermath but thereafter, there was minimal communication. I had to chase and do all the running when it would have been nice for a two way dialogue to have been established at a difficult time. The Amazon voucher for the stolen child seat was promised but never materialised and sorting the claim took an age when I compare it to the way in which my wifes claim (with another insurer) was handled. Very let down by Aviva.
