I want to change my bank account details

Unfortunately, these changes can't be completed by email. You can change your bank details on your MyAviva account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your Motor or Home policy
  3. Click ‘details’
  4. Scroll down and click the arrow next to ‘Payment details’
  5. Click ‘amend’

If this button does not show or you have a payment due in the next 10 days, Live Chat with us. You’ll need to scroll down the page and hit the yellow ‘Live Chat’ button. A box will appear asking for your details, please complete the form and then click submit and you will then be put through to the next available Live Chat agent.

Live Chat opening hours are Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00am– 5:00pm and Sundays and Bank Holidays 10:00am – 4:00pm.
