Making a claim

We know how important it is to have a straightforward claims process. To help you, we’ll make sure that you’re speaking to friendly experts whenever you need advice about a My Health Cash Plan claim. In general, it’s a simple three step process:

  • You’ll check to make sure that the costs you’d like us to pay are covered by your policy
  • Send us a completed claim form, along with your original receipts
  • We’ll process your claim and reimburse your eligible costs up to the limits in your policy

We’re happy to tell you more about claims. As a My Health Cash Plan policyholder, you’ll have access to all the claims’ documentation you need.
