If your enquiry is in relation to not receiving your 1st pledge payment, please be advised that the first payments were paid in 2022 either into the bank account we hold on file for you or via cheque. All customers paying their premiums by credit card would have received their payment via cheque. 

The reference number on your bank statement would have been your; policy number, followed by AVIVACOVID followed by 2 digits (XXXXXXAVIVACOVIDXX). 

All of the first payments were made on or around one of the following dates in 2022:

  • 28 June 
  • 21 July 
  • 28 July
  • 4 August

Please check with your bank but if you are unable to find this payment on your bank statement following this information, please fill in the below form and one of our team will contact you.
