Making an income protection claim
If something happens, we’re here for you. You can start your claim online or give us a call – whichever’s easier for you.
We’ll take a look at your claim and do our best to support you while you get better and back to work. To get started, we’ll need to have a chat with you about your job and the injury, illness, or condition that’s stopping you from working.
You can help us process your claim as quickly as possible by making sure you have a few things to hand:
- your name and contact details
- your policy number
- your condition or symptoms
- your occupation
- proof of your before-tax annual salary
- your GP’s contact details
More than just a payout
There’s more to us than help paying your bills while you can’t work — we’ll also connect you with experts who’ll be with you on your path to recovery.
