You can insure a second vehicle on our Defaqto 5 Star rated MultiCar policy. We expect 20% of our customers to achieve the maximum saving of 1/3.*

Already have a motor policy with us?

  • Please call or visit aviva.co.uk/myaviva to add another vehicle.
  • If you already insure more than one vehicle with us on separate policies you can transfer to a MultiCar policy if you call us when one of your vehicles comes up for renewal. We can advise on the best option for you. In certain circumstances it may be cheaper to retain separate policies.

* Up to 1/3 off applied to the cheaper of the two vehicle insurance premiums. Discount does not apply to optional extras. Maximum 1/3 discount available on policies with either 1 driver, or 2 drivers who are domestic partners using their vehicles only for social domestic and pleasure.

. Claim regarding a right off

The claims team were excellent. Clear information. The car was a right off. Payments made were very quick and of a realistic value.

Unhappy customer

Given that our car was hit from behind we still had to pay our access! Why? I don't understand why we were then contacted by a solicitor to "TRY" and reclaim our money. As we had a replacement car as part of our policy we were told by the rental company we had to pay 600 pounds excess if we had an accident. Naturally we refused the car as I didn't want to face another payment even if someone else hit us from the back! I really do not understand this way of dealing with customers and we are very unhappy with this process. I hope someone from Aviva contacts me to explain why I am funding their operation!!! In sending this I do not expect this to be edited or removed to make all responses appear to be good.

great company

i would recommend this insurance company only this that disappoints me is proof of no claims bonus wen they to all details of my previous insurance company which I thought was for proof of no claim discount but it must have been to be nosey not anything else
