Shocking

I have had a terrible experience with my motor claim. I have found communication poor, the legal assistance worse than poor and the claim is still not resolved. I haven't felt at any step of the process that Aviva are on my side. I have been made to feel a nuisance when I've chased things up and have ended up doing things that I thought my insurance company would do for me myself. For instance obtaining CCTV footage. Not impressed.
