Great value & customer service

I was already an Aviva customer but purchased my policy through a broker. By dealing direct with helpful Aviva staff I was able to renew my policy for considerably less than the figure quoted by the broker. All my policy info is with me all the time thanks to the easily accessed Aviva app.

Were you all watching the tennis?

The idea of making a claim online is a good one, innovative even. However, when I subsequently needed to speak to someone about my car's repair, it seemed no matter when I tried, the phone just rang and rang. In the end, I had to take to Facebook to request someone call me (which they did). Some more people answering the phone, or a website feature to raise a query about a claim might have saved me the couple of weeks it tool to get things resolved. Apart from that, the repair,andcourtesy(hire) car was well organised and the repairer had the work completed in a couple of days.
