  • Uninsured driver promise - If you’re hit by an uninsured driver and it wasn’t your fault, your no claim discount won’t be lost and we’ll refund any excess you’ve had to pay.***
  • 24/7 UK claims helpline - If your car is not safe to drive, we’ll arrange to get you to your destination, and deliver your car to a repairer. Available on comprehensive cover in the UK and Channel Islands only.
  • Lifetime repair guarantee while you remain a customer - We guarantee the quality of repairs made by our approved repairers, following a claim, for the greater of 3 years or as long as you insure your car or van with us.^
  • Our Defaqto 5 Star Rating provides you with independent expert reassurance about the quality of cover we provide as standard, as well as options to tailor your cover.

Easy

Did a lot of searching on compare sites but Aviva came out on top for ease, price and cover. Hope next years renewal is as good.

Some communication problems

Initially things went smoothly, but attempts to correct errors in documentation details have proved to be extremely difficult. Although the correct information has been advised twice by telephone, I have received three sets of amended documentation all containing the same errors.
