  • 24/7 UK claims helpline - If your car is not safe to drive, we’ll arrange to get you to your destination, and deliver your car to a repairer. Available on comprehensive cover in the UK and Channel Islands only.
  • Lifetime repair guarantee while you remain a customer - We guarantee the quality of repairs made by our approved repairers, following a claim, for the greater of 3 years or as long as you insure your car or van with us.^
  • Our Defaqto 5 Star Rating provides you with independent expert reassurance about the quality of cover we provide as standard, as well as options to tailor your cover.

The website was easy to use and navigate. When I found I had made a mistake on my policy it was easy to go back in and amend. I contacted Aviva with a query after setting up my policy and the member of staff I spoke to was friendly polite and very helpful. I would recommend Aviva with no hesitation.

Easy to do

Used all the comparison sites online and then the single sites that don't use the comparisons. this was the best price and also has multi car and uninsured driver cover. Not had to claim yet so don't know how easy that is, but very good so far!
