We had to send emails and phone up, in order to find out what was happening, the email replies were very brief to say the least, we should have been informed every time something happened, not left wondering, how hard is it to send a email to say what is now being done, we would have been impressed by that, but no we had to do the work to find out.

Simple Service

We were looking for a review of our 4 car Multi Car policy after receiving our revised quote from our existing supplier. With no prompting as to what our current provider was quoting, we went through the process and for a policy which was equal to or better than that currently being provided, our quotation came through significantly cheaper saving us a very welcome sum of money. Also the person we spoke with was very patient and helpful throughout. Well done to all.
