Unfit for purpose

The first attempt to get through on the phone to discuss a possible claim was relatively quick, appx 10 mins, and the rep was extremely sympathetic and helpful. I was told Aviva would fund lock replacement without loss of excess. Thereafter, silence. A querying e-mail went unanswered. Two subsequent phonecalls necessitated waits of 22 and 29 minutes (with enforced ghastly music tapes) before getting through. Again reps themselves a model of hepfulness; assurances given that locks could be replaced under policy and without paying an excess. On Saturday informed by BMW repair workshop that Aviva had approved claim but that I would be required to pay an excess of £550, a sum greater than the cost of replacing the locks.The prospect of making another phone call is very daunting.

Saved Me a Fortune

I rarely leave reviews online for anything, but I have to make an exception regarding my recent Van Insurance purchase. I struggled to find anything that wasn't extortionate on all the comparison websites. Luckily I looked at Aviva's website and they gave me a quote that saved me hundreds. I was so happy and relieved. Thank you so much Aviva! It was so easy to buy as well and I didn't have irritating people over the phone asking me question after question or leaving me on hold for ages. I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship!
