Satisfied customer

The speed at which the claim was settled was excellent . Each person I spoke to on the phone was respectful and helpful .Aviva contacted other organisations timely eg I was given a courtesy car within 4 hrs of the accident. I was amazed at the efficiency by Aviva and I have told my family and friends .

Changing my car insurance.

Changing my car insurance to Aviva was a very easy and simple experience. The new policy has all the benefits my last policy had at a much reduced price,

Poor service

I had to chase the repair company to pick the car up (I advised that I wanted a call to my home telephone number having limited access to a mobile, they called the mobile, left one message from a Luton number when I was advised it would be a Hitchin number. I did not chase this call up as I didn't recognize the number). They were unobliging with a pick up time, it was three weeks after the incident before they picked my car up. It took twelve days to replace a bumper. The personnel involved were pleasant enough, but the process was not efficient.
