Apply for an adviser account number

Use this form if you’re an adviser who needs an Aviva account number. You only need to apply for one account number – you can use the same one for every application you complete on behalf of your clients. 

You’ll need to have the following information ready:

  • Your company name and address 
  • Company registration number (CRN)
  • Your contact details.

A company registration number (CRN) is a unique number issued by Companies House to limited companies and limited liability partnerships. It will either consist of 8 numbers or 2 letters and 6 numbers.
