How to make a claim on your group critical illness policy
- Call our group critical illness claims team to let us know about the illness or operation within three months of diagnosis. You can submit for yourself and on behalf of a partner or child by completing our online claim form.
- We’ll ask for some more details about your condition and for consent to contact the doctors involved in the diagnosis and treatment. Once we have consent, we’ll request the medical information.
- If we’re happy with the details, we’ll arrange to pay the lump sum as quickly as possible.
