How to make a group income protection claim

The easiest way to start a claim is by completing our online claim form. Or, you can call our group income protection claims team.
We’ll then assign a dedicated case manager to your claim. They’ll carry out a financial and medical assessment of your employee and make a decision about the claim as soon as possible. We’ll then let you know what other information we might need.
They’ll also consider all the ways the employee might need help, including rehabilitation and intervention support.
