We offer two different types of contract-based pension, for all types and size of business. Our contract-based schemes offer members a comprehensive range of retirement benefits. These include support through specialist training and planning tools.
Group Personal Pension
Invest in any of our insured funds
Our GPP offers your members access to over 200 funds from more than 30 fund managers, covering the key asset classes including ethical and a Sharia option. We have a wide range of index tracker funds available, along with a range of actively managed funds.
Group Self Invested Personal Pension
Invest in a wider range of funds
Our Group SIPP is designed to offer your employees greater control over their investments. They have access to three tiers of investments: a core fund range, a fund supermarket and the FTSE™ All-share Index . We also offer a range of bespoke options for employers, such as the ability to create white-labelled funds and investment solutions.
The value of investments can go down as well as up and members may get back less than has been paid in.

My Future has been designed to help members save for their retirement. Risk is managed throughout the retirement journey thanks to the mix of assets in the My Future funds, including company shares and bonds. This approach aims to grow members’ pension savings in the earlier stages of the journey and then focus on preserving members’ capital as they get closer to retirement. To reflect Aviva's net zero carbon ambitions, we added an ESG-focused global equity strategy to My Future in 2021. This will eventually make up half of the solution's equity component.
My Future Focus
My Future Focus is the Aviva Master Trust default investment solution, designed to give members the opportunity to benefit from gains in the world's financial markets. It tries to minimise any unexpected volatility, particularly as members approach retirement. Responsible investment is fully integrated into My Future Focus.
Designed to incorporate ethical and environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations, the Stewardship lifestyle default solution helps members save for their future while actively contributing to a sustainable long-term future for the world around them. These funds are available for members to select.
