What is financial wellbeing?
Financial wellbeing is part of an individual's overall wellbeing and is determined by how they feel about their financial situation. How they feel will impact their financial confidence.
Financial wellbeing is something that goes across all life stages and income levels - everyone's needs are different and will change over time. We help meet these needs by providing personalised, practical support to your employees, to build their understanding of money and strengthen their financial confidence.
We’re expertly positioned to make financial wellbeing click for you and your employees.
Employees are looking to their employers for financial help
There are tangible links between employee wellbeing and finances. This has been evidenced by the Aviva Working Lives Report 2024: Working for the Future, which also found that employees are looking to their employers to provide more financial wellbeing support.
Planning for retirement is a financial priority for many employees and we’re well placed to help them do just that. However, financial confidence isn’t just thinking about the future, it’s being prepared for the here and now.
