For employers who offer bonus schemes, their employees can often benefit from choosing to have their bonus paid directly into their pension via a bonus exchange arrangement.
Please be aware that the value of your employees’ pensions can go down as well as up and they may get back less than has been paid in. Bonus exchange may not be suitable for everyone. The employee must make the decision to exchange before the bonus would be paid and they can't change their mind once they’ve agreed to it.
