Give your employees access to support from a nurse when they make a claim through Group Critical Illness cover. With a dedicated personal nurse, RedArc helps your people through long-term, one-on-one telephone support for as long as they need it.
When your employee goes through RedArc for support, they’ll be assigned a dedicated nurse with first-hand experience in supporting people with critical illnesses. Their personal nurse will be there to help your employee understand their diagnosis, listen to any worries they have, and offer advice on how to manage their situation.
And, if it’s needed, RedArc also provides an external service, such as a course of therapy, counselling, practical help at home, or medical equipment, at no extra cost.
