Provided by HealthHero, our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is designed to help your employees stay happy and healthy. It gives your people access to in-the-moment support across all areas of their lives – from coping with pressure at work to relationship worries or money troubles. 

  • 24/7 counselling helpline
    Your employees get access to a confidential helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, where they can speak to qualified counsellors from the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), about anything that’s troubling them. 
  • Qualified counsellors
    With counsellors accredited with BACP, your employees get the support they need to work through their worries. And, if clinically appropriate, our EAP offers up to eight counselling sessions of Solution Focused Brief Therapy per year. 
  • 24/7 legal support line
    Round the clock access to a legal adviser who can help with a wide range of legal concerns such as issues relating to housing or tenancy agreements, wills and probate, motoring, consumer rights, family law and much more. 
  • Online resources
    Your employees also get access to a range of online resources, including advice, articles, and webinars on everyday topics such as relationships, childcare, and bereavement.   
    There is also preventative care support, via wellbeing assessments, that cover matters like diet, stress, sleep, and short videos on useful areas like healthy heart, women’s health, and exercise.
