Risk Insight Portal
The Risk Insight Portal is aimed at customers who require greater oversight of their risk management programmes, offering them a simple way to manage their risk management data online.

How does it work?
If you would like to be onboarded to the Aviva Risk Insight Portal, please contact your aligned Risk Consultant, Underwriter, Client Relationship Manager or avivariskinsight@aviva.com.
A live demonstration will be arranged via Microsoft Teams. Following the demonstration, you will be provided with a username and password to access your customised view.
What's next?
We'll be launching a series of new pie charts and tables later this year to enhance your ability to interpret risk management data. In addition, we'll be introducing a new digital impairment process in 2026.

Risk Improvement Tracker
The Risk Improvement Tracker enables real-time updates to risk improvements via a secure link, provided after a specific survey or engagement. This new capability supports our customers and is ideal for smaller survey programmes or individual engagements.

How does it work?
Following a specific survey or engagement, customers and brokers will receive a secure link and access code via email to enter the platform.
