Mental Health First Aid Training
This course will look to teach how to spot earlier signs and symptoms of common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and stress. The course is delivered in accordance with the Mental Health First Aid guidelines by specialist facilitators who have experience of training specifically in the workplace
