Their services are validated by respected bodies such as BAFE, as are their processes with ISO certifications for Quality & Assurance (9001), Health & Safety (45001), Environmental (14001) and Data Protection (27001).

Advanced data management and security - INDIGO securely stores Golden Thread building information within a single platform. Fully compliant with ISO 27001 standards, it ensures high levels of data integrity and security, supporting confident, compliant building safety management.
Validation service - We offer a comprehensive validation service through our technical partner. This includes an eight-hour expert review of your BSC, with formal feedback on recommended improvements or additions prior to submission to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). The service is backed by £5 million in professional indemnity (PI) cover, providing added assurance and accountability.
Optional full consultant service - End-to-end safety case report: From initial data gathering to final submission to the Building Safety Regulator, our service covers every stage of the BSC process. Whether delivered by Cardinus surveyors or our technical partner, we provide full support with GAP documentation and BSC authoring.
This includes, but is not limited to: Resident engagement strategies, Safety management systems, Fire strategies and structural Risk Assessments (e.g. retrospective fire strategy), Ongoing monitoring and review protocols (MOR, DARP, etc.) and Additional supporting documentation as required.
