From 1 May 2018, we’re no longer offering International Private Medical Insurance to new business customers. This means you won’t be able to get a quote from us.
Renewal dates before 1 May 2018
You would have been invited to renew your cover with us in the usual way. If you did renew, your members will remain covered by the policy until your next renewal date. All eligible claims that occur during the period of cover will be honoured and will continue to be administered by our claims team and third-party providers.
Your cover with us will end at the end of your current policy year. To help you continue your cover, you may receive terms for a similar product provided by Aetna International. Provision of these terms will be subject to the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to Aetna in some countries.

Managing existing policies
After you bought our International Private Medical Insurance, we would have sent a welcome pack to your employees. This included a membership card with the contact numbers your employees will need to access advice and treatment.
Should your employees need to make a claim, they can log in to our existing customer area for information about the cover their policy provides and further details about how to contact us.
