What are the costs?

For you
Free setup

We don’t charge a setup fee for our workplace pension.

For your client
Contribution costs

Your client will need to take pension contributions into account. There's a minimum amount they'll need to contribute, which they can learn more about in our knowledge centre. If there's a monthly cost for running the scheme, we'll confirm how much when you get a quote.

For scheme members
Capped charge for our default investment option

The fund charge for our default investment option will be no higher than 0.75% a year and we don’t add any additional contribution charges.

How to apply

Our application process is simple and supported by a team of specialists if you need help. After you apply, any existing assets under management can be moved to the new scheme. 

When you apply, make sure you have this information to hand:

Get your Aviva account number

If you don’t have an account number, apply for one now.

If you’ve forgotten your account number (sometimes referred to as your agency code) or you’re not sure that you have an Aviva account, call us on 0800 151 2554 1.

Your client’s business details

You’ll need your client’s business name, address, registration number and scheme start date, plus your details too.

Key scheme contacts

Make sure you also have the details of who’ll be the scheme administrator, as well as the authorised signatories who we'll email to complete the online application.
