What are the costs?

For you and your client

Free setup

We don’t charge a setup fee for our workplace pension. If there's a monthly cost for running the pension scheme, we'll show this in your quote.

For your client

Contribution costs

Your client will need to take pension contributions into account. They can learn more about contributions, including minimum amounts, in our knowledge centre.

For scheme members

Capped charge for our default investment option

For scheme members using the default investment option, the fund charge will be no higher than 0.75% a year. We won't add any extra contribution charges.

How to apply

Our application process is simple and our team of specialists is on hand if you need any help. After you apply, any existing assets under management can be moved to the new scheme. 

Here's what you need:

Step 1

Get your Aviva account number

If you don’t have an account number, apply for one now.

If you’ve forgotten your account number (sometimes referred to as your agency code) or you’re not sure that you have an Aviva account, email us at corporatenewbusiness@aviva.com

Step 2

Your client’s business details

You’ll need your client’s business name, address, registration number and scheme start date, plus your details too.

Step 3

Key scheme contacts

Make sure you also have the details of who’ll be the scheme administrator, as well as the authorised signatories who we'll email to complete the online application.
