Am I covered if I have to cancel my holiday?
You are covered up to £5,000 per person if you need to cancel your trip or come home early.
This includes reasons such as:
- Serious illness, injury, death, or quarantine of anyone covered by the policy, the person they’re going to stay with, a close relative, or a business colleague
- If you or your travel companion are:
- Called for jury service or to attend a tribunal in a court of law
- Notified of redundancy
- Needed at home following a burglary or severe damage to your home
- Unable to reach or use pre-booked accommodation due to a natural disaster, severe weather, fire, explosion, or an outbreak of food poisoning
- Travel or accommodation provider becomes insolvent
These are just examples - cover limits and exclusions apply. For the full list of cancellation reasons and detailed terms, please refer to the policy book.
