What to expect when making a claim
We’ve made it simple to make a home insurance claim. Here’s what happens.
Tell us what happened
Make your claim online, unless it's an emergency. It won't take long to tell us what's happened and get your claim moving.
We’ll review your claim
Our team will review your claim and arrange any visits needed from specialists or surveyors. We’ll keep things moving so your home can get back to normal as soon as possible.
Get back to normal
We’ll aim to settle your claim quickly, sometimes with a payment, vouchers, or replacement items. And if things take a bit more time, we’ll keep you updated so you always know what’s happening.
