If your new address is outside the UK, or you don’t want your address to be changed for all the policies you have with us, call us.

Otherwise, fill in this form or, if you’re registered, change your address in MyAviva.

You can only ask us to change the address for a policy you’re named on. If you’d like to change the address on a joint policy, or there are other individuals or trustees named on the policy, we’ll need to hear from each of these extra policyholders before we can change their address. This is for security reasons.

To make sure your data is protected, we may use outside agencies to check your new address is valid. You can find more information about how we use your personal data in our Privacy Policy.

Once you’ve completed this form, we’ll confirm your change of address by email. If that’s not possible, we’ll send confirmation by post within 10 working days.
