We understand managing finances can be challenging at times. If you’re finding it difficult to balance your life cover payments with everyday expenses, we may be able to help with our cost of living support scheme.  

This form should be completed if you’d like to request a quote to reduce your level of cover. 

Who this applies to

You may be eligible for cost of living support if:

  • you took out your policy on or after 14 November 2016, and
  • your policy number starts with the prefix ‘BPL’

If you took your policy out before 14 November 2016, have an over 50 life insurance policy, or your policy does not start with 'BPL' you can contact us to discuss how we can help you.

You can check and update what email address we've got saved for you in your MyAviva account under your profile.

Search for the address by entering the postcode. The postcode should be in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.

Is the policy held jointly?
Do you have life or critical illness cover you want to reduce?

For example, if your existing cover amount is £50,000 and you want to reduce it by £20,000 enter; “£30,000”

Do you have an Income protection policy you want to reduce?

For example, if your existing cover amount is £1,000 per month and you want to reduce it by £200, enter; “£800”
