A financial crime expert will review your report. We aim to respond within two working days.
Our financial crime experts may send you an email asking for more details or just to let you know we’ve referred your report to a more appropriate team. If you have any documents related to the suspected scam, such as emails or letters, have them ready to send to us.
If you said you don't want a response, then we'd just like to say thanks for taking the time to contact us. Reports like yours help keep us informed about recent scams and protect our customers. Feel free to report any concerns you have at any time.
If you’re worried your MyAviva may not be secure, reset your password as a precaution. You can do this by clicking ‘Forgot your details?’ on the login screen.
If you’re worried that you’ve made a payment that’s part of a scam, please report it to your bank straight away so they can secure your account. You should also report it to Report Fraud. To report fraud to the City of London Police (who lead national fraud reporting), use the new Report Fraud service at reportfraud.police.uk or call 0300 123 2040, which has replaced Action Fraud, for online/cybercrime and general fraud. We’ll contact you as soon as we can.
