It’s free to use and only takes 3 minutes to get started. You’ll get a score which rates your current situation and the risks you could face.

We’re hard at work making Aviva Score as helpful as possible and it will soon be available exclusively within the MyAviva app. Here’s what the changes we’re making will mean for you:

• If you visited Aviva Score in the six months prior to March 2026, you’ll continue to use the version of the service you’ve seen before, with guidance for both your money and health goals. For now, you should still be able to access it either via the MyAviva app or by logging into MyAviva on a web browser.
• If you’ve not visited Aviva Score during that time, you’ll be able to access the service exclusively via the MyAviva app, and for the time being you’ll just have access to our guidance on money. You’ll soon have access to our savings and budgeting tools, along with a whole section dedicated to health and wellbeing.
