What is Convo?

Convo is a free online video interpreting service that connects you to a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter. It’s available when our phonelines are open. It’s the same trusted service, just with a new name.

Your Convo interpreter is the bridge connecting you and a member of the Aviva team, so you can discuss your policies or get help with any queries you may have.

Can I use Convo with my policy?

You can use Convo at no extra cost if you currently hold any of these with us:

  • Car insurance
  • Home insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Savings and investments
  • Pensions
  • Equity release
  • Lifetime care

British Sign language users can now use SignLive to contact Aviva.

Aviva customers can now use sign live to contact us about their policy.

Sign Live is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter.

The interpreter will relay the conversation between you and a member of staff.

It can also be used face to face for conversations on our site.

You can download the SignLive app on your phone or tablet.

Alternatively you can use a web browser by visiting www.signlive.co.uk/login

If this is your first time using the service you’ll need to complete a one time registration.

Once logged in, you can contact Aviva for free, through the Community Directory by tapping on Aviva and selecting the department you require and then ‘Call’.

How to download and use Convo Now

Download the Convo Now app Step 1 of 2

Download the Convo Now app on your mobile phone or tablet or connect using your web browser. If you trip over any technical issues when using Convo Now, contact them at hello-uk@convo.io

Log in Step 2 of 0

Log in using Facebook, Google, or your email address. If you’re new to the service, you’ll need to register first.

Find Aviva Step 3 of 0

Discover Aviva under the Community Directory and tap ‘call’.
