With Aviva DigiCare+, each year you’ll be entitled to the following:

• Unlimited Digital GP 24/7, 365 days a year (subject to a fair usage policy), to be shared between eligible family members
• One annual health check, personalised report and follow-up digital appointment with a health care professional to discuss next steps (life assured only). The Health check is a chargeable service costing £39.95.
• Eight nutritional consultant appointments, to be shared with eligible family members
• Eight personal training sessions to be shared with eligible family members
• Eight mental health support consultations, to be shared with eligible family members
• Two UK second medical opinions per year, to be shared between the family 
• Unlimited access to the Bupa Anytime HealthLine 24/7, 365 days a year, for the family 
• Unlimited calls to Grief Encounter
• Three sessions of physiotherapy per condition for up to two conditions per year (only available to Income Protection customers)
