After you submit this form, we’ll confirm your change of payment date by email and letter. Please note, this form is only for policyholders who also make the payments for their policy. If you're not the policyholder, or if someone else pays for your policy, you can change your payment date by speaking to our customer service team.

Please note we are not able to collect premiums on the 29, 30 or 31 unless you bought your policy with Friends Life and your policy starts with a F,L,R,H or VM.
