Please be aware that this form is intended for policyholders who are also the payee. If you are not the policyholder, or if someone else is the payee of your policy, please get in touch with our customer service team.
In order to make a change to your direct debit, the bank requires 10 working days from Aviva receiving the request to process the change. So, if your payment is due in the next 15 working days, we may still need to collect this payment on your current collection date, going forward any new payments will then be taken from your requested date.
If taking the payment on the original date will cause any inconvenience for you, please contact us and we can talk through your options.
Changing the payment date may result in a one-off collection being made. If this is the case, we will let you know before the payment is taken.
Did you know you can manage your direct debit online through MyAviva? You can update your direct debit details and choose a preferred date that suits you. Sign up or log in to MyAviva and select 'bank details'.
Please note that if your policy number doesn't begin with ‘BPL’ you'll need to complete the form below.
This form is for changing your payment date only. We are unable to change direct debit bank details via online forms. If you would like to change your direct debit bank details, please call our customer service team.
