Secure online portal – our secure online portal, powered by Box, is a quick and easy way to receive your data. Once your case is completed, we'll send you a link to download your data. We'll send you a password separately, which you'll need to access the link. Once you've clicked the link and entered your password, you'll be able to download your data.
Email attachment – If you've given us an email address, we can send your data to you as password-protected email attachments. We'll send your password separately, and one of the team will confirm how you'd like to receive this with you. If your case contains a lot of data, we may need to split the files across multiple emails, due to file size limitations on email attachments, which vary depending on your email provider.
USB/CD – we can send your data on a USB stick or audio CD for call recordings, sent via secure delivery. You'll need to sign for the package once it arrives, and need a device with a USB-A port (or a suitable adapter) to access files on the USB.
Paper copy – we'll send your data to you on paper via secure delivery. You'll need to sign for the package once it arrives. If you've requested call recordings, we'll ask you to confirm whether you'd like to receive these through our online portal, email, USB, or audio CD.
