I have returned to Aviva to insure both my family cars on a dual policy with a great saving. sorted out online with help from a phone call to a extremely helpful young man at customer services who guided me through to maximise my savings, I e. named drivers.

Returned to Aviva. Competitive quote online confirmed by telephone to iron out a couple of queries. Friendly and professional service, everything fully explained. Very pleased, will recommend to anyone that will listen !!

Claim review

Fast and easy

Was very easy to process the claim, was actually quite surprised at how quickly it was resolved. Only problem I encountered was collecting belongins from car, problem with Solus though not Aviva.

I thought the process from start to finish took to long 4 weeks. The company dealing with the repair took their time. The curtasay car was ok but not clean and had a funny smell. The people from solus were nice but the assessor wouldnt accept that a scrap on my alloy wheel was cause by the accident which was frustrating because it was high up on the wheel and could not have been cUsed by Kerbing the wheel. Also avivia have never phone me since I reported the accident which I think is lacking in good customer seevice.

wow...amazing customer service handling my claim

Following a minor bump I wasn't sure what to expect having never claimed before. Aviva were first class from the first phone call to getting the car back from the repair shop.

IT WAS OH SO SIMPLE

From the time I first contacted customer services. No filling out endless forms, the agent took all my details over the phone relating to the accident, and everything just fell into place. Fortunately my car was still serviceable after the accident, but the first thing the agent asked me was,was I ok, and did the car need recovering. He then proceeded to pass my information to my local repairer whom made contact within 24hrs. he also contacted the relevant car hire company who also contacted me within 24 hrs. In72hrs car was viewed, hire car provided, and all work to repair my vehicle all carried out to my satisfaction within a 10 day period. would highly recommend. Bobthewool
