Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

AvivaPlus is quite a new insurance policy that make it easier to have by adding all alternative benefits. Highly recommended.

Good morning! I’ve just started with aviva insurance plan and is all great so far but I didn’t even have chance to use my insurance (if that makes any sense) but I got a ton of emails about your service already , jezuz Christ people!!!! I can imagine is an automatic email but is annoying to receive more emails from you than from my own work. If there is something I would improve is to just send one email as a feedback to a service and keep it like that. ONE IS ENOUGH. I hope whoever is reading this has a good day and can pass the message to upper level management who decides about the email bombarding. Thank you.

We do email you to confirm your policy has been set up & then again with an invite to register for a MyAviva online account to view it but if you've received multiples of these or further marketing emails I do apologise. complicated,£40 rise just to get policy 4 days early,was not happy early,due to new vehicle registration

got a quote,later got registration for new van,then i was able to ,change insurance from 6-9-19 to 2-9 19 and then told there would be a £40 increase,not happy

Hello. I'm sorry to read your review & learn that you've been left feeling unhappy following your change of vehicle. If cover for the new vehicle starts earlier then you're having more days on cover until your policy renews next so this can have an impact on the premium quoted for you. In addition to that though I've seen that you also made some additions to the level of cover included in your policy so this has impacted the cost of the policy too.
