It took only few minutes to purchase my car insurance for EV BMW i3, my no claim discount was approved in 24 hrs and I got a great deal compare to comparison websites excellent experience will definitely recommend to family and friends Dr Ahmed

Bit disapointed

I got a quote with a private reg no. Okay I took the Policy a few days later than expected but assumed the Price would not change. When the Private Plate was taken of the Price went up by nearly 300 pounds Even though I've always Insured my cars through yourselves ? So changing a registration seems to put your Policy up ? Please explain this to me ?

Hi Harvielee. Changing the registration plate should not change the price at all when the policy has been set up. If you changed the registration during the quote phase, this could have pulled though some additional information that was not previously known and re-calculated the quote accordingly. My Motor Insurance. I bought a new car and part exchanged the old one. I could not contact anyone to swop cars on my policy so payed for a new policy no problem. Once at home with a computer I tried many ways for two days to try and contact Aviva to cancel the old policy. Their online site 'My Aviva' sends you around in circles with no options of any use. Contact us - goes back the My Aviva, the Chat bot sends you back to My Aviva. The Phone, you go through all the option press 2 press 5 etc to finally get 'go to My Aviva' before it hangs up! and Email even tells you to go to MY Aviva. Although writing comments like this on their Facebook advertising page does get their attention. Read the comments on Aviva's Facebook page 'it's not good'.
