In addition to aiming to help you make better decisions about your insurance, we use these reviews to improve our products and services.

Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Poor customer service

Aviva are an unbelievable business, almost impossible to do business with. Nobody to talk to. Nobody answers emails and they fail to sort out the issues with my online account

disappointed

Very happy with insurance quote better than my previous insurer. Was told documents would be forwarded to me by post never received. received an e mail stating that my insurance would be cancelled if I did not send proof of no claims discount the e mail said that a previous e mail had been sent requesting this information I never did receive an e mail requesting this. Still waiting for my documents. Have now sent proof of NCD

Good service

I mistakenly double insured my car and when I called to explain, it was dealt with quickly, thoroughly and professionally

Unfair

I bought the policy and then found a much cheaper with an other company. I cancelled it on 2nd day but was charged 44pounds for midterm cancellation that defeats the whole purpose 14 days no obligation satutary right. It should be a reasonable cancellation fee.

I bought car insurance as I was with Aviva before. Rang for quote and was dealt with easily and polite staff who were helpful. I like the App it makes things simple to buy and look back at documents. Easy to renew insurance. I would recommend Aviva.
