In addition to aiming to help you make better decisions about your insurance, we use these reviews to improve our products and services.

Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

I am fighting 3 weeks to display my motor insurance on MyAviva

When I was adding a motor policy to my existing aviva account and by mistake I used the wrong email - my personal instad work email. I called once to fix this and update the email and was assured that the matter would be fixed and the policy will be displayed in MyAviva in then next couple of days. When this didn't happen I called again and explained everythig once more. Again someone has assured that the matter will be fixed and ... nothing has changed after a week. How much time I need to waste and how many calls I need to do again to eventually fix this? I just lost confidence that you are able to manage anything and I started now to worry about my pension and company policies that I have with you. I feel very dissapointed with this service. :(

Changing to Aviva plus is disjointed

It’s just like moving insurers as the new policy requires the full information you need on a new quote even though I’ve been with aviva a few years. Then the payments are taken from debit card not direct debit so I cancelled my old DD which triggered a default letter despite trying to email back to query this. Can’t get through on the phone easy at all and when you did answer on one occasion it was to tell me to call another time as your systems were down. My old policy has 5 stars defaqto rating but not sure about the new one as I couldn’t find out I’ve gone with as the cost is down so it’s fingers crossed for my 2 cars and home policy I’ve just set up with you.

I'm sorry to see that you're unhappy with the process to transfer your policy over to an AvivaPlus policy. As this is a different cover, we ask several different questions (a lot less questions overall) and as this is a subscription basis, the payments are made by card rather than direct debit. If you cancelled your direct debit whilst the policy is active, you may have received an automated letter however I hope that this has now been resolved. In regards to the cover, AvivaPlus have 3 levels of cover depending on your needs, which are available to view online here - www.aviva.co.uk/car. Really Easy. Cheap. Flexible

Really happy with my purchase. was the cheapest quote I had and was able to claim cashback through TopCashBack. No penalty for paying monthly and was able to add 4 named drivers on for no extra costs

Great value, great customer service and recommend ti friends.

When I got my renewal insurance from my previous insurance company I've noticed its too high, started checking with others and come across Aviva insurance company, when I got quote it was cheaper without hesitation accepted their quote, so easy so simple, grate customer service. Thanks

I bought my car insurance from Aviva and it's lot cheaper than the previous from another provider and it's lot easier to get online like all other insurances (Home)
