Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Easy and useful

I brought a Policy so my wife and I have a joint policy for both our cars, I found this really useful and excellent service. Was getting slightly frustrated at some of the questions but overall a very good rating from me.

Very competitive price and flexible cover

I shopped around for quotes to renew my car insurance and Aviva came out by far the most competitive. I addition, I was able to select a flexible annual mileage estimate (of over 14,000 miles), rather than being pinned down to a specific maximum.

You will go to Jail if not

That time of Year again to Renew the Multi Car Motor Insurance. Giant increase by my former Company who have now passed me on to their Friend Aviva who surprise surprise can offer me a lower quote even though i have 12 years no claims with the Former ( Admiral ) don't tell anyone.

Total dis-satisfaction

Despite taking out the new motor policy nearly two weeks before the previous one with another insurer expired, the premium money was taken from my account and the expiry date has now passed and I have yet to receive a confirmation of acceptance, let alone a cover note or anything to confirm that I am insured. All most unsatisfactory and very worrying.

Great online simple minimum questions

I bought car insurance at fantastic price n great cover. Cheapest n most comprehensive cover n amazing online forms . Very simple n easy to use website n I belive it uses best , most accurate algorithms to assess risk and as a results , aviva is able to provide competitive pricing . Love aviva
