Spoke with Will about my new car he was patient understanding and very helpful nothing was too much trouble and he listened to all my questions even though i think i went over them 2 or 3 times to make sure, the thing that stood out is Aviva tell you there might be a delay in answering the phones and how long it might be other insurance companies i tried for a quote like general accident didnt answer after 30 minutes so i gave up i will stick with Aviva i know these are challenging times but Will was great and put my mind at rest you cannot ask for more and it got sorted there and then no waiting for them to come back great and all done while was on the phone i panicked because i could not put my registration in but Will sorted it thats what you need Thanks Will

The service was excellent, the team were honest and excellent customer service. I was very impressed by the service I received. I put on my application 2years NCD because I wasn’t sure, but your team got back to me that it is three years which put my premium down. Now that is honesty. keep up with the good work. Honesty is the best policy!!!

I've had a quote on the car insurance before my renewal was due and when the time has come to get the renewal insurance I just needed to update my car registration number, as I've put it just before renewal. Unfortunately online system didn't recognise my new numberplate. So I've called to Aviva and lovely lady assisted me with my quote and updated reg numberplate to correct one. And took the paymnt over the phone. Many thanks.

Difficult to contact

As usual prices are ok but Aviva are rubbish if you need to contact the. Clearly Covid is a good excuse but in normal times they are poor too, often had to hold for 20 + minutes to speak to someone.

Got through on the telephone fairly quickly unlike some other companies. Staff dealt with me efficiently and politely. I am a new client and hope to remain a client for many years to come.

Changed my Car Insurance to Aviva this year. Seems that every year one has to change insurance companies in order to avoid 'over charging'. Is this the company that wont try and 'fleece' me come renewal? Next year will answer that!
