I brought some car insurance it was a brilliant service easy to get quotes and retrieve them and really easy to purchase and are covered straight away with a email to prove this nearly instantly, however I did find it over priced on the car as it has a small engine and is an old car. Other than the price the service it great. As a young driver it’s hard to pay insurance and I think company’s need to take this into consideration.

Great Price, Easy but disappointed

I was incredibly pleased with the price of my quote and how easy it was to retrieve the quote. I now am disappointed as I took the insurance out on 19th December to start on 26th December and it is now the 30th December and I still cannot access my documents. I have emailed Aviva a couple of days ago and still have not heard anything. I want my insurance policy emailed to me. I also spoke to Aviva on 19th or 20th and was assured the documents would be with me within the few days...

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Never filed a claim before. Someone had hit my car. Asked why was I making a claim. Thought that would be obvious. Personally felt like a fraud after giving information. Won’t be renewing with aviva

Rang Aviva on Wednesday evening,the ease of reporting the accident and the understanding of the lady on the phone was brilliant.Took car in on the Friday was repaired on Saturday . Excellent service .
