Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Accident claim

A good and correct response and advice And frank advice on what to next and how to go about doing it...but still pending an update information as a follow up once other party tells its out come. Needs to keep update as claim progresses as its early for giving more information at present.

Great company, easy to deal with

I bought car insurance from Aviva and I got a great price! Customer service representatives were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! Would recommend!

Cheap

I Bought Dual Car Motor insurance and it was over 100 pounds cheaper than my previous insurer. So well happy.

Great Customer

Deep disappointment

Initially I wanted to speak to someone because I'd had two claims in the last four years but neither was my fault. One was a technical fault with the car, but VW refused to accept liability. The other was an act of dangerous driving by a third party, but they drove off without exchanging details. So legally, they "accidents" were down to me. But I wanted to discuss it at leadt. But after sitting through a seemingly endless stream of recorded messages, I gave up trying to talk to a human being. Vexatious is a polite way of describing the fruitless wait, the time stolen from my day and the stress caused. So I completed the application online. With a few extras, the price came to less than my broker has quoted for renewal. So I switched. When Aviva's email arrived asking me to check the policy, I found it had increased by over a hundred, making it more expensive than my renewal. Also I was dismayed to see a loading added to my excess. None of this was sufficiently brought to my attention

Good Cover and Low Cost

Changed to Aviva for a policy with similar cover to my existing one but 30 percent cheaper I do have other Aviva policies which helps to reduce the cost. Can't say how good the policy is as I have not claimed.
