Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Great Price, Easy but disappointed

I was incredibly pleased with the price of my quote and how easy it was to retrieve the quote. I now am disappointed as I took the insurance out on 19th December to start on 26th December and it is now the 30th December and I still cannot access my documents. I have emailed Aviva a couple of days ago and still have not heard anything. I want my insurance policy emailed to me. I also spoke to Aviva on 19th or 20th and was assured the documents would be with me within the few days...

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Never filed a claim before. Someone had hit my car. Asked why was I making a claim. Thought that would be obvious. Personally felt like a fraud after giving information. Won’t be renewing with aviva

Wrecked Door

Rang Aviva on Wednesday evening,the ease of reporting the accident and the understanding of the lady on the phone was brilliant.Took car in on the Friday was repaired on Saturday . Excellent service .

Overall good

I went with Aviva as I thought the price was fair and the site was easy to use. However within four days my price changed - for the better by about 40 pound which did make me wonder what the point was.

Tesco car park damage

Car bumped in Tesco car park. Contacted Avia and the claim was delt with with one call. Car going for repair within the week and courtesy car delivered to door. Excellent service.

What can I say.

My car was damaged during a towing procedure due to the high mileage, I was forced to terminate my claim due to impending financial loss, ie the car being written off and pay for the repair myself this was callculated by me to be the less costly action, the car was highly mechanically maintained but that never gets taken into consideration, cosmetic damage cost me two thousand pounds.
