Don't look after loyal customers

I've been a loyal customer for a long time, my policy price has increased every year. This year I cancelled my policy. I got another quote online for the same policy and saved a couple of hundred pounds because I was then classed as a new customer. Very disappointing they don't seam to value existing customers.

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and I'm sorry to see that you have had to set up a new policy in order to get our best price. Usually an existing customer renewal comes out at the same, if not slightly better, quote than existing customer however there is the odd occasion where this may not be the case. We are working on updating our system to prevent this from happening however I am glad that you have managed to save yourself some money and stayed with us for another year.

Excellent service

Purchased direct using website, simple & easy to navigate. Made an error with my NDC when inputting details online. Called up customer services to get this amended. Agent I spoke with was excellent. My error was rectified in less than 2 minutes on the phone!

dissapointed that you wouldnot accept proof of no claims discount for 10 years which I had a letter confirming and you only excepted my last 3.5 years

bought car insurance and they would not accept a letter confirming 10 years no claims and only accepted a letter confirming the last 3.5 years. sad

Searched for motor insurance on my renewal,after having a shock at renewal premium which had jumped up appreachably. Avila gave me a similar policy at an exceptional cheaper price.No brainier to change provider.

done effortlessly online. only issue lost 24 hours insurance, as old one ran out at 23.58, new one started at midnight. but lost a day due to both on same day, went to change the start day and would have been charged more, as went as a new request.
