This is why we invite our motor insurance customers to leave a review after buying a policy and making a claim. In addition to aiming to help you make better decisions about your insurance, we use these reviews to improve our products and services.

Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Affordable and professional.

My dual car policy was up for renewal,so I thought I would try Aviva as they offer that cover.Started an online quote,and found that site was easy to use and that it made sense.Impressed so far,I continued the quote,and waited for the result.When the result came bag signicantly cheaper I was very surprised but pleased.I tweaked the cover to get exactly what I wanted,and still the quote was still half of what my previous provider had quoted.I submitted my application online happy days.Then before the policy went live,I realised I may of made an error in my application.I phoned up the help line call centre,who could not be more professional.They helped me sort out my query,adjust the policy easily without issue and were clear and polite throughout.I was answered first time y a UK call centre.Outstanding.Very happy.

Recieved a very abrupt rude email saying they'd tried contacting me by phone and email several times so could I contact them

Total baloney as the only email they'd send I answered I telephoned and spoke to a lovely lady who agreed with my opinion on rude unessasary email I have since recieved a letter requesting payment for my car insurance which I have fully paid Wasting everyone's time and is very annoying Please get your customer service sorted , we pay enough for insurance so I expect good service Rant over

Great Price!

I bought fully comprehensive car insurance. The price was the best I found, with a much lower excess, too. It was simple to arrange.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Motor Insurance. I find your thoughts for your customers to be extremely poor. - I purchased this insurance on 23rd January - the insurance becomes effective on the 2nd February - you send me a survey request to 'Review Your Motor Insurance' on the 23rd January How am I supposed to review something that I have not yet had any experience of?!

8 days later

I purchased motor insurance on 21st Jan but still waiting for all documentation through the post and it's the 29th Jan. Would have expected it to have arrived a couple of days after purchasing it on line. Had two 'Review your Motor Insurance by email '. So impossible to Review.

If your policy was purchased online, all of the documents are available within your MyAviva account ( aviva.co.uk/myaviva ) within about 5 minutes of purchasing the policy. I've emailed you separately to take a look at your policy and request postal documents for you if you would like them.
