In addition to aiming to help you make better decisions about your insurance, we use these reviews to improve our products and services.

Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

I use Aviva for most of my insurance as the offer a good online service followed up with great response and at a good price What more can you wish for

Poor customer experience

Even though the policy purchase experience was simple the my aviva login was complete let down which means I cannot see my documents. This is a massive failure to the over all experience.

car insurance company explained that you can use your NCD in the world, but it doesn’t accept it.

Will never use aviva again

I have has motor insurance with Aviva for a very long time never changed provider even if was cheaper. Due to feeling aviva was the right choice and will help me with any issues i have. However the first time i make a claim when an driver who was not insured the whole process with aviva felt like i was the criminal and any claim I would foot the bill with no support from aviva. So yes unfortunately I understand the pit falls of uninsured drivers hitting you but the support and making me feel like i have to incur all the costs and no support was evident with aviva so waste of time paying the extra costs with them and just choose the cheapest provider as being insured does not cover you in anyway.
