Good Customer Service - Shame About Some Of The Communication

I renewed my car insurance recently following the death of my wife last year. She was the principal policyholder of a multi-vehicle policy and the only downside was Aviva's unclear communication implying I could renew the policy in my sole name. However, this wasn't the case but starting from scratch online was really easy and the policy price was extremely competitive.

Purchased online, easy to use and I was pleased with the price of a fully comp multi car/van policy 5*

I was pleased with the price of the multi car/van policy with my wife as a named driver on both vehicles and a previous accident that I wasn't at fault, fully comp 800 pound.

Online car insurance

I believe Aviva to be one of the best insurance companies i already have my van insured with Aviva and I have now purchased car insurance . So both my vehicles are covered without having to worry about them .

Great experience

Was very pleased that I didn’t have to answer thousands of questions when applying for a quote. The price of my car insurance was excellent in comparison to other quotes. My only gripe is that the funds were taken from my account on the day of purchase, which was 3 weeks ahead of the insurance commencing. I had expected the funds to be taken when the insurance started. Other than that I am really pleased so far with the purchase.

Unable to find the Certificate of Insurance

Have tried repeatedly-but-unable-to-find the Certificate of insurance to print out. Also this web site is flaky-as-spaces-are-sometimes-not working. Not-a-very-professional-experience-so-far.

lacking on line service

I have purchased 3 motor vehicle insurance policies but as the online booking only lets you add 2 cars I could not book the 3rd car on the multi car policy I have missed out on a discount on this vehicle, to have put the 3 cars on a multi car I had to phone, but at the time because of the corona virus you were not taking phone calls for quotes.
