Old school service

Have used aviva for a number of years (never auto renewed) but always find their quote fair for my needs (multi car policy) I normally renew verbally and have always found advisors friendly ( generally ,up in Scotland.. a TOP Team..!) and actually interested in creating the best policy for my needs, luckily i have had no need for any claims in my time with them & cost on renewal , this motor cover is always taken in to account fairly.. well worth the yearly requirements..nb.great service from staff who dealt with myself during the may covid hassles..! Thanks.G.A.

New Quote

Comprehensive motor cover was purchased at substantially less than renewing with my former insurer. Straightforward on-line purchase from a large insurer. Increasing the excess reduces the premium, but not the major factor.

New to multi-car cover ....

Multi-car insurance, following the acquisition of my late father’s car. Also wanted a company which is part of the Easyfundraising Scheme, so my favourite charity also benefitted.

Outstanding service.

I changed my car insurance to Aviva as I already have other products with them, and based on previous experience I had with them I was more than happy to give them my business. I've always found Aviva to be an outstanding company and have an excellent website dealing with their products. The process was very easy to complete and understand, and I was delighted to have my car insurance business with them. Highly recommended.

One stop shop

I tried the compare sites etc and realised I needed to speak to someone to get the Re assurance I needed as have been a company car driver for the past 20 years. I decided to call Aviva as they have been one of the companies I was insured with through the company I worked for. From the 1st call I made The Aviva representative on the telephone was exceptional in her listening skills and answering all my questions as I was confused. I would recommend Aviva above any other company based of the service I received from the representative and especially with the current pandemic with everyone working from home the representative was so so helpful and understood all my requirements. It was absolutely a brilliant experience from the representative and I hope she gets to see this review.. Thank you Aviva

Bought car insurance from Aviva. I have a pension with them so I got a bit of a discount. The online process was simple & uncomplicated. Although not the cheapest of all the quotes I went for this one as it is the best value.

My insurance purchase

I have bought car insurance for my Hyundi and looked on comparison sites which were cheaper but didn’t give the cover I wanted. We have house insurance and have also benefit from that. So value for money within parameters was ok.
