Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

Claim review

Poor service

Assessor turns up after obvious storm damage to a garage roof and criticises pre-storm roof condition as imperfect(!)... which it was...but until the storm it was still doing its job and WAS insured. A reduced payout was finally agreed, and an early settlement was offered by an Aviva field manager...but alas some weeks later still NO payment has been received. Worrying.

Well managed claims process

Customer service was outstanding and my claim sorted in 48hrs. However, the value for the item claimed for I felt was on the low side but in todays market thats what it was valued at. I feel that the overall service was faultless.

Excellent customer service

When my wife lost a ring that had been part of her life for a number of years she was devastated. However, on making a claim for the loss, the first such claim we had made in 20+ years, the process was totally painless from start to finish. Aviva were efficient and very quick in agreeing to settle the claim. Their customer service was second to none. Thank you Aviva!

Good customer service

Very fast service on a claim on a Damaged Tv. Avviva did a good job but recommended Amazon Gift Voucher which i wish i Declined because i have ordered a Tv from Amazon and had to send it back because it was not Suitable for this Country Uk. I am still waiting to order my Tv when they credit the Voucher to my Account. I am now restricted to Amazon to buy a Tv been waiting 2 weeks now. I wish i would of had the Money from Avviva put in my Account so i could of gone to a Tv Shop like Currys to look for a tv and buy one. I wouldnt have been restricted to 1 place. I have still got a broken Tv in my House now with a cracked Screen so i feel quite frustrated
