Customer reviews consist of an overall rating out of five and provide feedback on the experience of buying a policy and making a claim with us. Customers also have the option to provide a rating out of five on additional aspects of their experience. After buying a policy, customers are able rate us on value for money, ease of purchase, policy features and benefits and customer experience. After making a claim, customers are invited to rate us on ease of claim process, speed of resolution, fairness and customer experience.

People great, IT rubbish

Compared to my current insurer Aviva looked good. The initial online service was good but failed to complete my purchase. The telephone sales team were initially unable to resolve the IT problem but set up and confirmed my purchase manually. One month later IT have still not fixed my issue and I am not able to login online.

Insurance Claim

House Insurance claim for glazing, Although could not get through via telephone on the weekend and filed claim via MyAviva I found the process quite straight forward from then until the final installation. Customer advisor who called was helpful and information was clear about the next steps.

Purchasing contents insurance

I went on line to look at getting contents insurance after receiving an e mail from Aviva, this was very simple and easy to purchase , the information was so easy to understand I am very pleased with this and will be insuring my car in November , I have also got two sons that will be driving soon and Aviva done fantastic deals on multi car insurance , thanks .

No paperwork yet

I rang and paid for my home insurance in August and requested a paper version of my policy. I still have not received them where is your 10 working days policy.
